with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery receipt.
Unless the return is a result of an error by Characters 'n' Toons, we do not refund any of the shipping costs. Please note that
we are not able to exchange items, however if you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
